We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join our growing team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email, job portals, and other online platforms.
• Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable IT solutions.
• Send personalized proposals, emails, and outreach messages to potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
• Maintain and regularly update CRM and lead-tracking sheets.
• Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with the technical team during pre-sales discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Track sales activities, opportunities, and conversion status.
• Meet assigned lead-generation and business-development targets.
• Stay updated with IT industry trends, technologies, and market opportunities.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and online lead-generation platforms.
• Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or similar freelancing platforms is an advantage.
• Strong internet research and prospecting skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to understand and communicate software/IT services.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, BA, B.Sc. or equivalent).
• Previous experience in an IT/software development company will be preferred.
• Experience in international B2B sales or client acquisition is a plus.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in lead generation and client outreach are encouraged to apply.
